Ann Taylor Loft

During my time at Ann Taylor Loft, I worked on technical design for dresses and woven tops. I created techpacks, led fittings, corrected patterns, and worked with overseas factories. This experience not only advanced my technical skills but also taught me how understanding the customer helps guide decision making even in specific cases such as shortening the length of a dress by an inch. It also gave me insight into how supply chains, planning, and design all interconnect.
